If any information in the registers is incorrect, the information will be corrected immediately after Blokk Fastighetspartner has been made aware of the error.
Personal data is continuously filtered. For example, if no customer relationship arises after a speculator on a property has been registered, the data about the speculator is normally deleted after a period of time. The data can also be deleted at the request of the registered person.
However, personal data may remain in other registers after being filtered out in one register. This may, for example, include information that a speculator has participated in a bidding process, which is then also registered in the case and handling register. The case and handling register is used to fulfil the broker's archiving obligations according to laws, regulations and practices, and to be able to verify and control that cases have been handled correctly. The case and handling register is not used for marketing purposes.
